I appreciated that you made the extra effort to look at the details in the houses we explored.  It was nice to feel like we had an extra pair of eyes looking for good things and checking for things that might be red flags.  I liked your attention to detail when we did find the house we wanted—it was nice that you found some punch list items we didn’t see right away.  It was great to have those taken care of before we moved into the house.

I think your service was great!  You took the time to drive us to the houses multiple times until we were sure we’d found the right one—thank you!!  It helps so much to have that 2nd or 3rd look, and the fact that you encouraged another look and didn’t seem impatient or frustrated at any time was wonderful.

Yes all of our concerns were addressed - I always wanted to look high with hopes of offering less - Trish helped us realize that we had to be realistic and only offer within a certain percentage less so as to GET the house if we wanted it.  So glad we listened.

No - we wouldn't hesitate!  Having had a different Realtor for our first home purchase - Trish just seemed so willing, so knowledgeable and it always felt like she had our best interest in mind.  Never once did it feel like a "sales" person we were dealing with - we weren't used to that!

Trish, seriously - I can't think of anything.  My main issue was that although there were houses, turnover just wasn't as much as I thought it would be, the same houses would continue to come up - no fault of yours, just the nature of the market right now.
